Who am I?
I am an enterprising person, who loves challenges and does not give up easily. Very detailed and self-taught, I never stop learning. I am currently at Parc Taulí Hospital helping to develop new business models based on additive manufacturing, a 3D printing LAB. On the other hand, I like to be in constant training, so I am doing an executive MBA and also doing a doctorate focused on the application of 3D printers in operating rooms.
I have always been passionate about understanding how things work. Luckily, I have managed to make my hobby my job. Being always attentive and at the forefront of technology allows me to find efficient solutions. My first studies were focused on electronics but little by little I was approaching mechanics and 3D design, going through a master’s degree in biomedical engineering and a postgraduate degree in expert in medical device, although I always save time to continue training. I have designed and brought to market 3D printers or even computer programs, such as this website that is designed, managed and built entirely by me.
Professionally, I am helping to create, carry out and coordinate, both at the regulatory and application development level, a 3D printing laboratory within a hospital. In short, I have focused on enhancing my ability to create and understand each of the elements that make up any type of product in order to have an ideal profile to manage or direct all types of technological projects.
With the knowledge and techniques necessary to lead in this new era, in which people and results are the backbone of success, I accompany and help multidisciplinary teams to take out the maximum of their potential. I am used to lead and work in a group, since I have been a captain in all kinds of team sports since I was very young. Making use of NLP techniques and with full knowledge of the processes, I can efficiently allocate and manage the tasks to the different components of the team. In this way, the delegation of functions is assumable, realistic and more fluid. And it is that the ability to understand manufacturing, knowledge of electrical circuit boards, programming, CAD design and materials allows me to organize a solution made up of the different points of view that encompasses a complete product or process.
